1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Spicy Pineapples ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use. The Platform is for consenting adults aged 18 and over only.

2. Membership

Membership is by application and approval only. Single women, single men, couples, and manually approved non-binary profiles may apply.

3. Verification

All members must complete age verification and authenticity verification. Couples must verify both partners. Re-verification is required every 6 months.

4. Acceptable Use

• No harassment, hate speech, or spam
• No non-consensual content
• No content involving minors
• No stolen or revenge content
• No illegal activity

5. Payments

Silver membership is free. Paid Gold and Platinum subscriptions are optional monthly upgrades with the limits shown on the Pricing and Subscriptions pages.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request account deletion via settings or by contacting support.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." We are not responsible for conduct between members offline or at meets. See Meeting Safety guidelines.
